Visit to Vienna

Some photos taken on my recent visit to Vienna. That towering mass of concrete is one of six in the city. I understand they were built during the war as flak towers. The white building is the where the  famous porcelain is made.

At the Albertina

I thought the two people on the steps of the Albertina seemed to fit into the picture very well.

The second shot was taken from our taxi on Wednesday on the way to the airport. We were stuck in heavy traffic. The last one was at Westbanhof. These are just a few reminders of my recent trip to Vienna. A great place to visit.

West of Ireland

These shots were taken last week while we were in the west of Ireland for a short break. We stayed in Westport which is a very nice small town with lots of restaurants and bars.
