River boats.

Boats on the River Shannon. This is a very popular activity for some holiday makers. They hire a boat, sometimes quite large ones, and cruise up and down the Shannon. Never tried myself but friends have just had a few days of it. I gather they got a very quick lesson on how to handle the boat and then they were on their own!
